Sport Predictions is a sports analytics and research tool. Nothing on this platform — including odds, probabilities, Smart Signals, or any other data — is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any bet or wager. All betting decisions are yours alone. You are responsible for complying with all laws in your jurisdiction.
2. No Gambling Services
We do not accept bets, hold funds, or pay out winnings. We are not a sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator. You must place all wagers directly with licensed sportsbooks in your area.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this platform. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that sports betting is legal in your location.
4. Account & Subscription
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Sharing accounts is not allowed. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
5. Data Accuracy
We work hard to keep odds, scores, and stats accurate and up to date. However, data can change quickly and errors may occur. Always double-check odds and game details with your sportsbook before placing a bet.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sport Predictions and its owners are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims related to your use of the platform or any betting decisions you make. Betting involves risk. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make big changes, we will let you know by email or through the platform. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
